Staying with us at Abbey Court Hotel
Bookings are accepted on Saturday to Saturday basis for weekly holidays.
All special offers must be paid in full for a confirmed booking.
Accounts may be paid by cheque, but at least four full days are required for clearance. Credit cards will have an additional administration charge of 3%.
We operate a strict non smoking policy inside our Hotel. Due to the cost of cleaning guests who fail to adhere to this will be subject to a £100 cleaning charge.
Management reserve the right to change tariff prices without any notice.
Any damage to the hotel property caused by the guest will incur a charge.
Deposits & Cancellations
The offer of accommodation is subject to the room still being available upon receipt of deposit of £30.00 per head to be credited against your account.
Holiday Cancellations cannot be accepted less than one month before date of arrival. Unless rooms are re-let, clients will be charged for their accommodation. Insurance against non-arrival due to illness and other reasons can be effected by clients.
We regret that your deposit cannot be refunded.
Check-in & Check-out
Terms operate from 2.00pm on day of arrival to 10.00am on day of departure. No reductions can be made for temporary absence or if departure is made before the end of the booked period.
Please note that rooms are not available before 2.00pm on the day of your arrival.
